✨ 1. Presence and Commitment
- Weekly Contribution: Volunteers commit to 20 hours/week, co-creators to 15 hours/week.
- Schedule Organization: Hours must be organized either during the Sunday planning or in the weekly community meeting.
- Punctuality: Respect agreed times. If you’ll be late or need to adjust something, communicate early.
- Task Completion: Always inform the team (Ariê or Gabriela) when you finish a task.
- WhatsApp Check-in: Before starting a task, send a message in the volunteer group with the exact start time and the task you're beginning.
- Focus and Presence: Avoid phone usage and other distractions during active volunteering hours. This is a moment of full presence and offering.
- Flexibility & Adjustments: If a change is needed, communicate clearly and adjust consciously.
- Proactivity: Everyone is encouraged to take initiative and help beyond assigned tasks, always respecting the flow of others.
- Be Available: During your scheduled hours, be available and engaged with the activities and energy of the space.

- Mutual Respect: Treat all beings with kindness, compassion, and understanding.
- Open Dialogue: Speak your truth with clarity and responsibility.
- Active Listening: Be fully present when others speak.
- Conflict Resolution: Talk directly with the person involved. Avoid gossip or speaking behind people’s backs.
- Feedback: Give and receive feedback openly and lovingly.
